HEALTH CARE REFORM IN 2014: ARE WE THERE YET?

MARCH 4, 2014 Registration 11:30a.m. | Seminar 12 - 1 p.m. 1.0 CLE Hours Register

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Health care and non-health care lawyers

OVERVIEW: It is March 2014.  Do you know where your health care reform is?  This program, the latest in what has become a series on this topic, will address the status of the Affordable Care Act in early 2014, including which provisions have been implemented, which have been delayed, and which are still to come.

Intended for health care lawyers and non-health care lawyers alike, you will discover the current and anticipated impact of the law on providers, patients, employers, and others stakeholders.  With the delay in the employer mandate, the troubled rollout of the federal health insurance exchange, presidential promises of “enforcement discretion”, and politicians from both parties demanding changes to the law’s central feature, the individual mandate to purchase health insurance, you will not want to miss this timely and informative program.
