WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Family Law Attorneys

OVERVIEW: Third Circuit Court Judge Phillip Robinson will discuss common problems experienced by attorneys in having irreconcilable divorces approved in Third Circuit Court. He will discuss what he and his staff check for before a Marital Dissolution Agreement and/or Parenting Plan will be approved. In addition, he will offer other observations and suggestions for practice in Third Circuit Court. Fourth Circuit Judge Philip Smith will focus on issues of contempt, both civil and criminal. He will also discuss Judicial Settlement Conferences, supplemental discovery responses, and touch on Marital Dissolution Agreements and Parenting Plans.
