ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
ROBB HELT is President of Alpha Legal Solutions, based in Tennessee. In this role, Robb is involved with all aspects of litigation support, including trial presentation, legal video, database development, software testing, and settlement documentaries. Prior to joining Alpha, Robb was the owner of the Fort Smith, Arkansas based Litigation Resource Group, and in-house trial technologist and IT manager for McDaniel & Wells, P.A., in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Robb is an established expert in the area of trial technology and is often asked to speak at legal events, including The National Association of Attorneys General, AAJ (formerly ATLA), ABA, NCRA, ACRA, and many local bar associations. In addition to his speaking engagements, he has devoted many hours in the development of past and future InData and RealLegal applications. Robb is also the founder of the Trial Technology Group on Yahoo and is a co-owner of the Trial Technology LinkedIn group along with Ted Brooks. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and has his B.S. in Information Systems Management from Wichita State University.

Robb was also the lead trial technology consultant for Halliburton in the BP Oil Spill trial. This trial had him managing 125 million documents and over 3,100 hours of deposition testimony.
