OVERVIEW:  All family law practitioners and mediators will learn up to date techniques and legal considerations for successful mediation, drafting and enforcement of agreements reached in mediation.

This program is specially designed to equip family law practitioners and mediators (including judges and court personnel) with knowledge of the latest techniques for successful mediation of domestic relations matters. Importantly, the program will also feature the keys to drafting a binding marital dissolution agreement and parenting plan after reaching a settlement in mediation. Additionally, the program will cover Tennessee law pertaining to enforcement of agreements reached in mediation.
