Trial Court Administrator
State Trial Judges of the 20^th Judicial District of Nashville/Davidson County, Tennessee seek a Director to oversee operations for Court Security, Jury Services and Finance/Business, as well as coordinate and manage 18 trial courts, and act as liaison with State and Local legislative, executive and judicial branches. Position requires management and administrative skills, and knowledge of systems, programs, personnel, budgets and payroll, and experience in effective writing, fiscal matters, diplomacy, innovative thinking, flexibility and human relations. College degree from an accredited college or university, and five years experience in executive administrative management required (master’s degree may be substituted for one year of the required experience). Knowledge of local and Tennessee state courts and government preferred. Base salary $84,068; actual salary determined by qualifications, education and experience.
