Dues for active members are $235 per year except that a member may elect to use the
income scale to determine the amount of his or her dues. Income is law-related salary,
wages or income after deducting office overhead and other ordinary and necessary
business expenses but before taxes, FICA, insurance and pension contributions for
the current year.
