Room Reservations For Non-NBA Activities
The NBA office Board and/or Conference room(s) can be reserved a maximum of 12 times per year by any one party. The space reserved is for that room only. No other office space or personal offices are to be used.
The fee for non-members is $100 per half day and $200 per full day.
Members receive one-half day free. The member fee for a full day is $100.
Rooms can be booked no earlier than 30 days in advance.
There will be a $50 deposit to reserve a room. We will hold the check until the day of the activity and return the check to members if the room is only used for half a day.
If there is a cancellation that has been held for more than two weeks a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
If there is a cancellation within one week of the activity, even if the room was booked the same week, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
Copies will be charged at $0.10 each.
Rooms are to be reserved and used during NBA business hours only. If the room is occupied past 5:00 p.m., a fee of $25 per hour will be assessed.
To request meeting space in the NBA Offices, please email vicki.shoulders@nashbar.org and indicate the date, time and meeting room preference. Please be advised that meeting times are subject to availability.

Conference Room - Capacity Approximately 35-40
