The Nashville Bar Journal welcomes the submission of news about Nashville Bar Association members. Submissions will be considered for publication in the Disclosure Section (formally the People Section) of the Nashville Bar Journal. This section of the Nashville Bar Journal is reserved for member information about job changes, awards, special honors and firm/work related news. Letters will need to be received by our editor no later than the 10th of the month prior to the publication date of the next issue. Due to space considerations please keep your comments brief. We reserve the right to select the letters we use for publication and we will only publish letters that are signed or attributed to the writer, so be sure to include your name and telephone number.
At the discretion of the editors, opinion pieces may be published in the Nashville Bar Association under "Letters." Opinion pieces may address any topic of law or legal practice, but may not contain language constituting an attack upon an individual, group or organization, and may not promote individual products, services or political candidates.
