Much more often, smart attorneys struggle with being effective in their role. That gap can mean not drawing in new clients, being too combative in cases, or simply trying to do work that doesn’t align with their strengths. In this workshop we will explore a practical Effectiveness Model that blends the ancient wisdom of the Enneagram with the today’s best thinking on leadership and professional development. Participants will understand the direct connection between financial success and professional effectiveness, as well as how to improve in one or more of the three areas of effectiveness we will explore.
