Summary

Panelists from Ernst & Young’s newest Neuro-Diverse Center of Excellence (NCoE) in Nashville and Vanderbilt’s Frist Center for Autism and Innovation share their experiences and successes through the intentional inclusion of Neuro-diverse profiles in their organizations to achieve innovation.

Neurodiversity can bring many challenges, but it also represents a key area of opportunity. To drive sustainable growth, businesses need to continually innovate, diversify their workforces, and identify new sources of talent. EY and a growing list of employers are leveraging the abilities of Neurodiverse professionals to meet needs in key growth areas like process automation, cybersecurity and analytics and to fuel innovation and productivity.
