Summary

In these interesting times, it is necessary for lawyers and mediators to be able to practice remotely. This includes conducting mediations online. This informative CLE walks lawyers through the basics of an online mediation. It includes hints about mediation advocacy through a digital platform, ethical considerations, and a step by step guide through your first online mediation.

This course has been approved for Continuing Mediation Education credit. To receive CME credit, you must self-report this course upon completion. The NBA will only be responsible for reporting CLE credit. You may choose to apply the 1 credit hour to either General Mediation Issue, Mediation Ethics, or General Continuing Education. You may only choose one. If you have any questions, please email Cameron.gearlds@nashvillebar.org.
