Summary
Explore the doctrines of force majeure, impossibility and impracticability, and frustration of purpose. Learn how each of these doctrines provides a party with a possible pathway for avoiding contractual obligations in these unusual times. Each is different, however, and it is important to understand these differences, along with significant variations depending on which state’s law applies. In this seminar, we will take a deep dive into those differences and variations to have a better understanding of all three doctrines.
