2026 Annual Ethics Training for Attorney Lobbyists

1.0 Dual CLE Credit 

Join the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bureau of Ethics and Campaign Finance for a one-hour ethics seminar for both attorney lobbyists and non-attorney lobbyists with the option to attend in-person or virtually. This training will focus on the regulations impacting lobbyists and registration requirements for both lobbyists and employers of lobbyists. We will also focus on the Gift Prohibition and the Ethics Commission’s most recent formal advisory opinion, Advisory Opinion 24-01, regarding indirect gifts. Attendees will not only receive CLE ethics credit, but attendants participating on January 15, 2026 will also receive credit from the Tennessee Ethics Commission for the requirement of annual ethics for lobbyists by Tennessee statute.
