NBA Membership Form

Returning Member Looking to Renew? Find Your Account First. Before creating a new account, please try looking up your existing member record. This helps us preserve your membership history and avoid duplicate accounts.

New Member Looking to Join Online? If you don't see your account and are sure you haven't joined before, click Account Lookup, enter your last name and click Continue, and then choose Create a new record.

Prefer to Join by Mail? You can also download our Membership Form and send it with your payment to Nashville Bar Association.

Once your application has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps on accessing all your NBA Membership benefits.

Please complete this form within 15 minutes. If the time limit is exceeded, you’ll need to start again.

Find Your Account or Create a New Account to Become a New Member

Returning Member: Click the Account Lookup button to the left.
In the Account Lookup window that pops up, enter your search criteria and click Continue.
If you see your member account, press the Choose button next to your name.

New Member: If you don't see your account and are sure you haven't joined before, click the Account Lookup button to the left.
Enter your last name and click Continue.
Then click Create a New Account at the top of the in blue letters.
